Delta is a sweet senior gal who is looking for a quiet retirement home where she can live out her golden years in peace and serenity. Although cloaked in buttery golden fur, you’ll swear you can see this little lady clad in a grandmotherly cardigan as she knits on the porch with a plate of freshly baked cookies and sweet tea. She is polite with the other doggos, but Delta enjoys her own space, especially if that space is located within a sunbeam. This precious pooch would like to be pampered with cuddles, treats, and cozy spaces to curl up, and, we may be biased, but we think she deserves it. If you’re looking for a content chihuahua to spoil, Delta is the gal for you!

“Delta is the sweetest mutt whose perfect day consists of the couch and cuddling. She is house-trained and can be trusted to be left alone in the house. Her favorite speed is ""mellow"" and is happiest sleeping near you. She will gently paw you so she can sit on your lap, but she also loves curling up solo in her bed.
We go on several short walks a day, but lately we are increasing our distance as she grows more comfortable exploring the neighborhood! Delta is a little shy around dogs that are bigger than her and comfortable around dogs similar to her in size. She is also fine with a full flight of stairs – going down requires some coaxing as she builds her confidence, but she’s speedy going back up home!
Delta would be a fantastic companion to somebody looking for a laidback and deeply loving addition to their home. Give her the space and patience to blossom and she’ll be rolling onto her back for belly rubs the second you walk through the door."
